Web poker has become globally famous recently, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game events. The games popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its TV ratings. Over the years numerous variants on the earliest poker game have been developed, including a few games that are not quite poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely affiliated with vingt-et-un than long-standing poker, in that the players bet against the house instead of the other players. The winning hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is no bluffing or different types of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are required to ante up before the dealer declares "No further wagers." At that moment, both you and the dealer and of course every one of the different players acquire 5 cards each. Once you have observed your hand and the dealer’s initial card, you must either make a call bet or surrender. The call wager’s amount is on same level to your beginning wager, indicating that the stakes will have doubled. Bowing out means that your ante goes instantly to the dealer. After the wager comes the face off. If the bank doesn’t have ace/king or better, your bet is returned, including an amount in accordance with the ante. If the bank has a hand with ace/king or better, you succeed if your hand defeats the casino’s hand. The bank pays cash equal to your initial bet and set odds on your call wager. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • twenty to one for a four of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
